We are pleased to announce some important updates to our terminal leadership team.
First, we want to express our sincere appreciation to Randy Irvine, who has served as the Thompson Terminal Manager for the past 17 years and has been with the company for an incredible 44 years. Randy’s leadership, dedication, and deep operational knowledge have
been instrumental in shaping the terminal’s success. As he prepares to transition into the next chapter, we thank him for his outstanding service and lasting impact on our team.
With this transition, we are proud to announce that Tony Ernste has been promoted to Terminal Manager. Tony has been a dedicated member of our team on the dock, and has consistently demonstrated leadership, operational expertise, and a commitment to
excellence. We are excited to see him step into this new role and continue to drive success from a new position of leadership.
We are also pleased to welcome Jack Graves as a new Terminal Manager in the Pas. Jack joins us with over 10 years of store manager experience, from his previous roles at Peavey Industries, Red Apple and The Northwest Company. He brings a fresh perspective and a
strong track record of operational efficiency and team leadership, which will be a great success to our terminal.
