Jennifer Shiels, an Auditor in the Billing Department, has been with Gardewine for 13 years. In her role, she ensures accuracy by reviewing and verifying invoices, tracking discrepancies, and maintaining alignment of all billing records with company standards. ‘My role is all about attention to detail and ensuring everything is accurate and up-to-date,’ she explains.
Jennifer loves working at Gardewine, particularly because of the cultural events and the sense of camaraderie they foster. “The culture here is something I truly admire, and participating in Halloween costume events is one of my favourite traditions.” She also values the continuous learning opportunities at Gardewine, noting that every day presents new challenges.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys cross-stitching and crafting bookmarks, cards, Christmas charms, fridge magnets, and small gifts, which she sells during the holiday season. “Crafting is something I really enjoy, and it’s a rewarding hobby,” she says.
