Rajveer Kaur has been a key member of Gardewine’s planning and dispatch team for the past 2.5 years, bringing passion, dedication, and a strong drive for growth to every role she’s held. Beginning her career as a Dispatch Trainee, Rajveer quickly advanced to Equipment Coordinator and is now thriving as a Planner and Dispatcher. Each step in her journey reflects her commitment to mastering new skills and embracing challenges in the fast-paced world of logistics.
Rajveer credits much of her success to the support of her team, especially Rob Penner—Gardewine’s former Director of Linehaul and now Senior Director of Workplace Health & Safety. “Rob has been an amazing mentor,” Rajveer says. “His guidance, along with the camaraderie of the team, has given me the knowledge and confidence to excel in my role.”
Rajveer’s enthusiasm for teamwork and shared success is evident in everything she does. “I love the work environment here,” she shared with a smile. “Everyone is always willing to lend a hand, and together, we make sure our customers’ freight gets where it needs to be, on time.” Her positive energy and collaborative spirit make her an inspiring presence in the office.
Outside of work, Rajveer describes herself as a “free bird” who loves adventure. Each month, she enjoys scenic drives to the mountains with friends, soaking in the beauty of nature. Her summers are filled with concerts, spontaneous trips, and lively events, while bowling nights and small gatherings with loved ones keep her grounded and connected.
For Rajveer, it’s the balance of hard work, teamwork, and personal fulfillment that drives her—both in the office and beyond, to continually grow alongside the team she’s proud to be part of at Gardewine.
