Kaffy Bajaj has been promoted to Area Manager (Saskatchewan). Since joining our team, Kaffy has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep commitment to operational excellence. In this new role, Kaffy will oversee multiple sites, supporting teams to drive performance, improve processes, and uphold our high standards across the region. We are confident that Kaffy’s experience and dedication will bring tremendous value in this expanded leadership capacity.
Manik Aggarwal has been promoted to Operations Manager (Saskatchewan). Manik has been a key contributor to the success of our day-to-day operations, showing outstanding attention to detail, a strong focus on team development, and a results-driven mindset. As Operations Manager, Manik will take on greater responsibility in leading operational initiatives and supporting continuous improvement efforts across the facility.
