Sriram joined Gardewine in September 2024 as a Supply Chain Coordinator, bringing with him solid experience from the manufacturing sector. Through consistent performance and a proactive mindset, he advanced to the role of Supply Chain Supervisor.
A standout aspect of his role is managing the sourcing of critical parts for Gardewine’s diverse fleet of trucks and trailers. With each unit having unique specifications, timely and precise parts delivery is non-negotiable. Sriram has mastered the ability to anticipate needs and ensure operations stay on track.
He credits his professional growth to embracing open communication and teamwork. “This role doesn’t allow for hesitation,” he shares. “You need to think fast and act confidently.” It’s a mindset he has refined through hands-on experience and active problem-solving.
