On September 25, 2024, Gardewine announced it entered into a definitive share purchase agreement to acquire Westman Courier & Freight of Winnipeg, Manitoba.

The acquisition is expected to close on October 1, 2024.
To help support our operations with the growth associated with this acquisition, as of October 1st you may begin to see some new faces throughout our buildings as Westman Courier employees begin to integrate into our operations.
